We start with 97% Fat-Free Eye of the Round and Hand Cut each piece. Next we marinate it in Hawaiian Dave's Secret Marinade for 16-18 hours. Finally, we slow cook the meat in our Dehydrators to 150 Degrees to seal in the special herbs and spices and the results being a mouth-watering jerky packed with flavor! King Kamehameha would have been proud to carry this delicious treat with him as he united the Islands.

We established our business in August 2004 and broke ground on our facility in Durham, North Carolina, November 2004.

We were granted our USDA Plant Inspection in August 2005.
